How often do I need a spider treatment?
That depends on your tolerance of spiders and the quantity of spiders around your home. We offer three treatments: spring, summer and fall. You can customize your program or do the full season. Each treatment lasts 60 days.
Do I need to be home when you come?
No.

How fast will the treatment work?

Is the chemical water or oil-based, and does it stain?
Our chemicals are water-based chemicals, and they do not stain.
Does the chemical leave residue marks?
Our water-based chemicals rarely leave residue marks. Any residue marks left are temporary and typically only seen on the exterior of very dark-coloured properties.
Do you spray my patio furniture?
Yes, we will spray your outdoor patio furniture unless you request otherwise. Please remove any cushions and pillows that you do not want chemicals on. Leave umbrellas open so we can spray inside for good coverage.
Do you spray my BBQ?
Yes, we will spray your BBQ unless you request otherwise. Please make sure your BBQ has a cover during treatment.
Do you spray the outside of my hot tub/ swim spa and cover?
Yes, we will spray both unless requested otherwise.
Can you spray my shrubs and flowers?
No. We treat structures only.
Is your spider treatment safe for kids and pets?
During application, we recommend keeping children and pets away from treated areas, but once the product has dried, it is safe to resume normal use.
How long before I can return to the treated area?
2 hours after treatment is complete.
Will you spray if it rains?
The product will not adhere or properly cure on a wet surface. We do not apply treatment if rain is expected within the next 48 hours, as precipitation can wash it away.
Do we spray for ants?
No. We only provide exterior spider control.
How quickly can you get rid of spiders?
You will typically see a noticeable reduction in spider activity immediately after your first treatment, especially in outdoor areas where populations are highest. Long-term results depend on consistent prevention, as maintaining a strong exterior barrier keeps spider activity under control and prevents populations from rebuilding.
How are spiders getting into my home from the outside?
Spiders move from outdoor harbourage areas into your home through small openings around the exterior. Common entry points include foundation cracks, gaps around windows and doors, vents, soffits, and utility line openings. Even very small openings are enough for spiders to transition from outside to inside.
Do you provide spider control indoors?
No, we only provide exterior spider control.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. We provide a 60 Day Spider Control Guarantee against infestations.
What is considered a spider infestation?
The occasional spider is normal, but when activity becomes frequent and ongoing, it’s considered an infestation.
How much does spider control cost in Ontario?
The cost depends on your home size, the level of spider activity indoors and outdoors, and the type of service required.
How do I pay?
We will email you the invoice after our spider control service is complete. We accept e-transfer, credit cards and cash.
